Emergency TOTP reset
Submit the same work email and password used for admin login, plus the email OTP already issued to you. When this succeeds, TOTP and recovery codes are cleared and you re-enroll on the next sign-in.
High-friction fallback onlyUse a recovery code first if you still have one. Emergency reset should only be used when the authenticator device and all recovery codes are unavailable.
The backend expects a valid email OTP for this step. If no OTP has been issued yet in your environment, support or an admin-run recovery process is still required before this fallback can succeed.
